Olive Juice

Remember when we were little and we learned that if you mouthed the words, “olive juice,” it looked like you were saying I love you?! Aah, those were the days! Back when we found the smallest things so amusing. Speaking of olives, this color should be the monicker for fall. Just call it Olive season because just like many of you I’m sure, my closet is full of olive green pieces that are ready to be put on display this fall. Today, I stepped out in this simple but cute olive green turtleneck sweater from Target.

A sweater like this is what I like to call one of the basics. Just like a white tee or a black cami, it can be dressed up or down. It’s very versatile and every girl should have one like it. For a casual day look, I wore it with black combat boots, distressed Levis boyfriend jeans, and a few accessories.

To make it a little more fancy for dinner and drinks, just put on a pair of heels and grab a cute clutch! I’m wearing a pair of BCBG pumps and carrying my Chanel Boy bag.
