Thankful

Now that Thanksgiving weekend has come to a close, I’m reflecting on the awesome time that I had with my family. As cliche as it may sound, it’s imperative to cherish the ones you love while you still have the opportunity to do so. The world is full of such turmoil these days. Don’t take the people that you love for granted. Make as many memories as you can with them. Show them how much you love and appreciate them now. That love supersedes any trivial instance that could be impacting your relationships with each other.

It’s a blessing to have the opportunity to be surrounded by people that make you remember all that you have to be thankful for. I’m so thankful God saw fit to bless me with a family that I love, and that loves me. I’m thankful for that life that I’ve lived so far, and all of it’s lessons that have made me who I am today. I’m thankful for the good works that God is preparing within me. For I know that once they are finished, they will be remarkable!

I’m also thankful for this tradition that allows me to unapologetically stuff my face! ??‍♀️

And of course, it wouldn’t be Thanksgiving without a little Black Friday shopping! ?
