Baby It’s Cold Outside

This morning, I decided that today would be a great day to get out and do a little shopping. So I got up and went through my normal morning routine. I then asked myself what I should wear. I pulled out my phone to check the weather so I could dress appropriately based on the temperature. Lo and behold, it was 33 degrees outside! Why didn’t anyone tell me that it was basically going to be freezing today?! I reassessed the situation and decided that there was no way around it. I struggled to make the last bit of my foundation make it through the previous week, so I just had to get to the MAC store!

Well, to look on the bright side, at least this gives me the opportunity to wear some of my favorite winter accessories!

I paired this cute leopard scarf and toboggan set with my Liz Claiborne wool wrap coat. These items were great finds at my local JCPenney.

I got this Hunger Games Mocking Jay pin from Amazon. What can I say, I’m a bit of nerd for science-fiction movies.

I paired my coat with a rust colored turtle neck, and taupe booties. Both from JustFab. The outfit wouldn’t be complete without my newest favorite Michael Kors bag, the Scalloped Benning tote.
