Confession: I eat out way more than I should. Let’s be honest, we all know how convenient it is to grab a bite to eat from a fast food restaurant while you’re out and about. But, I know it’s not the best thing to do. It’s something I’m trying to work on and not do nearly as much. Cooking can just be such a hassle sometime. All of the dishes, and all the clean up that comes with it is just so discouraging sometimes, especially when you’re just getting home from work. So, to aide in my attempt to cut down on my fast food consumption, I purchased an air fryer.
I think it’s safe to say that this is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! It made cooking so easy! There was very minimal clean up, and the whole process was a breeze.
For my first time using my Bella air fryer, I decided to make wings, in honor of game day. One of the things I was worried about with the air fryer was making sure the chicken cooked all the way through and not just on the outside. Well, the wings were delicious! They cooked through completely and they were juicy and crispy.
I was so excited about how the wings turned out, I decided to throw in a side of fries as well! Cooking the fries was, of course, even easier. I washed the air fryer basket, and it was literally a set it and forget situation. I set a 15 minute timer and was able to clean up what little mess there was well before the timer went off.
My air fryer was a great investment that I’m sure is going to help me save money by cutting out fast food. To see how I cooked my wings, watch the video below!
